1.        HELMETS ARE COMPULSORY. No helmet, no ride.

2.        Cyclist must obey all traffic rules and officials and STOP if so instructed.

3.        Environmentally Friendly : No littering or smoking on the route or trail.

4.        Cyclists MUST keep left and may not receive refreshments whilst on the move.

5.        An adult participant must accompany children under 10 yrs old.

6.        Participants do so entirely at their own risk and waive all claims against the organisers and ANY other party or person involved with the race and organising thereof.

Indemnity: Participants participate entirely at their own risk and agree that they shall have no claim whatsoever against  Target Events, any other organizing body or official, any marshal, assistant, helper or agent, sponsor, any local authority or their employees, owner of private land or farms utilized for the event, Traffic authorities or TWK Council, in respect of any loss or damage, medical or other expenses incurred whatsoever, which a participant or any other person may suffer, arising from any injury or death of a person or loss or damage to property as a result of, or arising out of, whether directly or indirectly, participation in any event, including that persons arrival thereat and departure there from and attendance at any ceremony or function thereof, howsoever and from whatsoever cause such loss or damage may arise and regardless of whether or not same shall have been caused directly or indirectly, by negligence, ( even gross negligent) or intentional conduct by one or more or all of the aforementioned parties. Participants who are minors must have their application to enter the event countersigned by their parent or guardian who, by that person’s signature thereto, likewise indemnifies all of the aforementioned parties as set out above. By appending our (my) signature(s) hereto, we acknowledge having read and understood the contents and consequences of all the above terms and conditions, understand that there are potential dangers within the event which could be harmful  and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and abide by all the rules of the event.  I agree that any photographs taken at the event may be used by the event organizer for marketing purposes.
